With it being Passover / Easter and whatnot I thought I’d include a recipe for lamb. When you insert slivers of garlic into lamb it tastes out of this world – the flavour gets right into the meat instead of just coating the outside or flavouring the sauce.

Baked camembert is a really tasty starter with a creamy warm melted interior and a firm outer crust. Perfect when served with cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
140g/5oz camembert
1 garlic clove, sliced
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 tsp paprika
Method
Preheat the oven to 20C/425F/Gas mark 7
Place the cheese in an oven-proof dish.
Stud the cheese with the garlic slices and thyme sprigs.
