With St. Patrick’s Day fast approching, you may fancy trying an alternative to the usual fare of pints of Guinness. This recipe is especially useful if you’re having a dinner or cocktail party as you can serve these shooters after the meal and they won’t be as heavy as Guinness.

Method
Pour the liqueur into a shooter glass (taller and thinner than a shot glass) and then carefully pour the Baileys on top so that it floats and looks like the head on a pint of Guinness. You can use the back of a teaspoon with the end dipped into the liqueur to help you achieve this effect.
